When your order is processed, it will then be sent directly to print. Once printed and framed, you will receive a notification with an estimated delivery date.

Our print and framing partner estimate 5 working days for production and 1-4 days for standard shipping.*

Better for the planet
We aim to be as sustainable as we can through local production. We're committed to using high-quality sustainable materials hand-crafted by local craftspeople. This way, shipping distances and carbon emissions are reduced, local business is supported, and overproduction is eliminated because we print to order.

Shipping Destinations
As we have just launched, we are still in the testing phase, so we will only be launching in Australia. We are hoping to add more locations soon. If you are outside Australia and are interested in an Artini print, please get in touch; we'd love to hear from you.

Delivery Address
It’s your responsibility to make sure that your postal address details are correct – Studio Artini or its production partner is not responsible for any incorrect or failed delivery if you don’t supply current, accurate postal address details. If your order is undelivered due to your error and returned to me, you will need to pay for the re-postage. If you realise you have given an incorrect delivery address, please contact us ASAP and if your Artini has not been dispatched, we'll endeavour to rectify the problem if we can.

Lost in Transit
If you’re concerned that your order has been lost or misdelivered, please contact us as soon as possible, so that we can assist you in filing a lost package claim. Studio Artini is not responsible or liable for any lost or misdelivered orders, or if your order is stolen after delivery.

Risk
Risk in each order passes to you on delivery to your nominated address. If the parcel has been left unattended at the delivery address, the order will be taken to have been delivered. If you ask me to deliver to an address and you’re not there, but someone else at the address signs or accepts the parcel, the order will be taken to have been delivered on leaving the order with that person.

Return Policy
Take your time deciding, and we're confident you'll love your Artini. As a small arts business that custom prints and frames to order, we cannot accept change-of-mind, returns or refunds unless the items you receive are somehow damaged when you receive them. If the item is damaged, please take a photo and email it to us within 24 hours. Once your claim has been validated, we will gladly send a replacement. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our small Australian arts business.
